Embroidery Logo Requirements
Each logo is an individual piece of art, so in order to turn your logo into embroidery we will need from you a copy of your artwork. If you do not have artwork then let our creative department create one for you.
Artwork Formats:
If using vector artwork, all fonts must be converted to curves (outlines). The artwork should also be accompanied by a printed proof.
We can also accept the following formats: jpeg, pdf, cdr, ai, and eps. Please keep in mind that for digitizing we will need a relatively clear image.
Fabric:
When digitizing any design, we keep in mind the type of fabric that the design will be embroidered on to make your logo look its best.
Colors:
There is a maximum of 15 colors to be sewn per design.
Left Chest Designs:
Embroidery on the left chest of garments should be kept at a measurement of no more than 4 inches.
Cap Designs:
Embroidery on caps designs must be no more that 6 inches in width and 2.50 inches in height.
Large Designs:
Embroidery of large designs are usually done at 9-12 inches on garment backs.
